Payment & Revision Terms

All design work will be quoted and agreed upon in advance of work commencing. The agreed quotation will outline the scope of work, deliverables and applicable fees.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope of the project may be subject to additional charges at the agency's standard rate of £75 per hour, unless an alternative fixed fee is agreed in advance.

Work may be paused where an invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the project quotation, the agreed project fee includes up to three (3) rounds of amendments/revisions.

A revision round means a consolidated set of reasonable changes provided by the client following presentation of a design concept or draft.

To ensure projects remain efficient, clients are encouraged to provide all requested amendments together within each revision round.

Included revisions

The first three rounds of reasonable amendments are included within the agreed project fee. These may include changes such as:

• Adjustments to colours, fonts or layouts
• Minor text or content changes
• Reasonable design refinements
• Minor positioning or formatting changes

Additional revisions

Once the three included revision rounds have been used, any further amendments or revisions will be charged at £75 per hour + VAT (where applicable).

The agency will advise the client when the included revision allowance has been reached and, where reasonably possible, provide an estimate of the additional time required before undertaking further chargeable work.

Requests that materially change the original agreed brief, deliverables or direction of the project may be treated as additional work, even where fewer than three revision rounds have been completed.

Examples may include:

• Requesting a substantially different design direction
• Adding new deliverables or design formats
• Changing the original brief after work has commenced
• Supplying significant new content after designs have been produced
• Requesting additional concepts beyond those included in the quotation

Such work will be charged at £75 per hour + VAT (where applicable) unless an alternative fee is agreed.

The client is responsible for providing clear and consolidated feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays in receiving feedback, content, assets or approvals may affect the project schedule and agreed delivery date.

Once a design has been approved by the client, any subsequent changes may be treated as additional revisions and charged at £75 per hour + VAT (where applicable).

Final artwork and production-ready files will be supplied once the agreed project fee and any applicable additional charges have been paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The agency reserves the right to withhold final deliverables where outstanding invoices remain unpaid.

By approving a quotation, commencing work or instructing the agency to proceed, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment and revision terms.

Any variations to these terms must be agreed in writing between the agency and the client.
